The Industrial Safety Award is a very good award to receive for any team. This award shows that the team has taken safety to the next level, developing new ways to prevent and deal with hazards and safety issues. The team has to make sure everything is organized, neat, and most importantly safe, in the pits, at the build site, and everywhere else. One of the most important things any team can do is wear safety glasses in the pits if they'd like a shot at this remarkable award. Team 2539 went above and beyond safety, constantly keeping a neat pit, organized tools and parts, and following specific safety requirements, even when under pressure. One of the biggest things the Krypton Cougars did was make sure the robot was out of harm's way, and more importantly, nobody would be harmed by it. Team 2539 really kept on their toes at Hatboro, which was enough to get them another respected award.
